I graduated from Radford University in 2018 with my bachelor’s degree in psychology. I then began schooling through Regent University in 2019 and received my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling in December of 2022. I am now working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor and am now in my residency for counseling!

 

I started in the mental health field by working in Therapeutic Day Treatment through Intercept in 2018 until March of 2022 and then transitioned to working for True North! I truly enjoy helping others through providing connection and a listening ear. In my spare time, you may find me spending time with my husband, hanging out with our two cats, or somewhere on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
