Parent Education

Empowering parents with practical, trauma-informed tools to build stronger, more connected families.

Empowering Families with Practical, Trauma-Informed Support

Intercept Health’s ROC program offers hands-on, in-home coaching for parents and caregivers to build practical parenting skills in real-life settings. Our approach is evidence-based, family-centered, and trauma-informed, focusing on promoting safety, stability, and long-term change.

who we serve?

We work with families experiencing:

  • Emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges in children and adolescents

  • Stress related to parenting roles, transitions, or reunification after out-of-home placement

  • Trauma, grief/loss, exposure to domestic violence, or recovery from substance use (when clinically safe)

  • Common parenting challenges like tantrums, defiance, school refusal, bedtime routines, or screen-time conflicts

  • Kinship, foster, or adoptive caregiving needing targeted support to strengthen family bonds and stabilize placements
