Story
Since 1996, Intercept Health has grown from a group home provider to a full-service provider of specialized programming across the care continuum. We offer a variety of specialized services to meet the needs of individuals and families throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The LifeBridge Continuum of Care offers a comprehensive range of highly effective services designed to assist individuals and their families facing functional impairments at home, in school, or within the community.
